Liam Hill
Asset Finance Broker
Liam is a calm and approachable finance professional with a strong focus on integrity and a passion for helping clients succeed. As an Associate Broker at Key Change Finance, he is dedicated to maintaining high standards for our clients while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Liam is committed to supporting everyone with their financial and property goals. He is proactive in expanding his industry knowledge and is currently completing his Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
Currently, Liam supports our Brokers at Key Change Finance by diligently inputting client data, processing loan applications and coordinating with clients and lenders. His ultimate goal is to become a successful and fulfilled Broker, surrounded by a network of driven individuals who inspire him.
Outside of his work, Liam enjoys sports and values spending time with family and friends who share his hobbies. He is proactive, goal-oriented and committed to making a positive impact through finance – just the right person you want to guide as you reach your property dreams.

Blair Polozani
Partner | Finance Broker
With over a decade of experience in Premium and Private Banking, Blair Polozani provides confidence and optimal outcomes for both clients and business partners at Key Change Finance. His extensive background, which includes pivotal roles at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Bank of Melbourne and NAB Business Bank, equips him with deep expertise in banking and relationship management.
Committed to honesty and directness but with a family-orientated approach, Blair uses his extensive knowledge, intuitive business acumen and high emotional intelligence to deliver optimal financing solutions to his clients every day. His personal touch and dedication to building long-term relationships empower clients to feel confident and valued throughout their entire financial journey.
Outside of work, Blair enjoys travelling to Europe and New York with his family and supporting his favourite teams, Sydney Swans and Liverpool FC. His personal drive, fuelled by his family – particularly his daughter Aylin – is a cornerstone of his professional life, making him an exemplary Finance Broker dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals through strategic and personalised financial guidance.

Kaye Nelson-Hill

With more than 25 years of experience across Corporate and Private Banking, as well as leading teams in Retail Banking for industry giants such as CBA and Westpac, Kaye Nelson-Hill has the deep analytical skills, extensive network and unique financial expertise to understand client needs on a granular level. Kaye seamlessly navigates the complexities of financing to deliver the ideal solution to them every time.
Bringing a strong focus on fostering long-term relationships with both clients and industry partners, Kaye’s authenticity and people-centric approach feeds her overall mission to leave a meaningful legacy and create lasting change by helping others achieve their financial goals each day.
Away from work, Kaye finds work/life balance on her 15ha farm property and weekend horse rides with her husband, Seamus. In 2020, she converted an old barn and dairy shed on her property into a function venue to host weddings and events –another testament to her dedication to making people happy.
